Privacy Policy
Honjo Metal Co., Ltd. (herein after referred to as “the Company”) hereby sets out its privacy policy (herein after referred to as “Privacy Policy”) designed to ensure the proper handling of personal information in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the guidelines established by the Personal Information Protection Commission.
Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company acquires personal information through appropriate and fair means within the scope necessary. The Company will not acquire personal information obtained by deception or other wrongful means.
Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company will use the obtained personal information for the following purposes. Except in cases stipulated by laws and regulations or when purpose of use is separately notified or announced, the Company will not utilize personal information without the prior consent of the relevant person for any purposes beyond that necessary to fulfill the original purpose of using the information.
- To contact and respond to inquiries regarding our products and services.
- To develop and improve our new products and services.
- To deliver advertising for new products and services and email magazines.
- To implement appropriate and smooth performance of other operations of the Company.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties.
The Company will strictly comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and all related laws and ordinances regarding the provision of personal information to third parties.
Securing Personal Information
The Company will properly manage all Personal Information and take preventive measures against any divulgence, loss or damages to personal information by implementing internal operational procedures and staff training. In the case where we share personal data with contractors, the Company will also exercise necessary and appropriate supervision of contractors to ensure that such contractors keep the Personal Information confidential.
Ensuring the Accuracy of Personal Information
The Company will work to keep the Personal Data accurate and up-to-date and delete any Personal Data that is no longer needed without delay, while ensuring the thorough safety management of Personal Data on a daily basis.
Disclosure and Correction, etc. of Personal Information
When the Company receives a request for disclosure, correction, supplementation, deletion, etc. of Personal Information, the Company will promptly respond to the request once it has been verified that the request is being made by the individual to whom the Information relates.

The Company has established a desk for receiving inquiries regarding the handling of Personal Information and will respond to such requests promptly. The procedure for submitting inquiries is described below. Please note that the Company cannot respond to requests made by telephone or by persons who visit the Company’s premises.
